Pre-season Conditioning

We will be working out and preparing you for the upcoming season. Encourage your friends! Tryouts will be the first week of August! Cheer camp and practices start immediately afterwards!

What to Bring/Wear:

Water/a snack just in case (granola bar/fruit)
Running/athletic shoes (no chucks, vans, hard sole shoes if possible)
Extra hair ties/clips
Deodorant
Sports underclothes as needed - sports bra for example
A positive attitude

Summer Camps

SAVE THE DATES for these cheer clinics over the summer! You will learn a dance, go over motions, jumps and tumbling as well as stunting technique. Each day camp is $40 per person. Email Coach Courtney for the registration form - cmosborne@fcps.edu.
